Right now our country is descending into a gerontocracy - a fashionable trend, that tend to ignore the rule of law, technology, infrastructure, climate change, millennials, the general public and the new American energy. Good news is, our donors are ready to face up to this challenge.

This platform, has been designed to help make the voices of donors like you heard far and wide. And we are not just spearheading a campaign to ReBuildUSatoday, we are providing a platform that campaign organizations (county or congressional) could lean on - for support. We require a donor to be:

  • A U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent residenct (i.e. green card holder).
  • A contribution made from own funds and funds are not being provided to the donor by another person or entity for the piurpose of making this contribution.
  • At least eighteen years old and not a minor.
  • That your contribution is not made from the general treasury funds of a corporation, labor organization or a national bank.
  • That your contribution is not made from the treasury of an entity or person who is a federal contractor.
  • That your contribution is not made from the funds of an individual registered as a federal lobbyist or a foreign agent, or an entity that is a federaly registered lobbying fiorm or a foreign agent.
  • That the fund(s) you are donating are not being provided to you by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  • That this contribution is not made from the funds of a political action committee.
  • As we go through this journey, our dedicated team will be working hard to bring you the next generation of fundraising and donation tools - so millennials and builders willing to ReBuildUSAtoday would have all they need to make their voices heard.

    ReBuildUSAtodayHPAC is committed to keeping any and all personal information collected of those individuals that visit our website and make use of our online facilities and services accurate, confidential, secure and private.     Unsubscribe or Opt-Out

    All users and/or visitors to our website have the option to discontinue receiving communication from us and/or reserve the right to discontinue receiving communications by way of email or newsletters. To discontinue or unsubscribe to our website please send an email that you wish to unsubscribe to smithie@rebuildusa.today. If you wish to unsubscribe or opt-out from any third party websites, you must go to that specific website to unsubscribe and/or opt-out.

    Our Return Policy

    At ReBuildUSAtodayHPAC, it is our tradition to always do our best to accommodate requests for refunds. We honor requsets such as:

  • input error.
  • when a contributor accidentally donates twice.
  • when a contributor enters the wrong donation amount.
  • ReBiuildUSAtodayHPAC reserves the right to refuse a refund, and will only refuse to do so for reasons such as:

  • a change in personal opinion.
  • a change of political affiliation.
  • the cancellation of an event.
  • Also note, requests for refund are subject to availability of contributuion funds. Because ReBuildUSAtodayHPAC forwards contributions to the candidate, the cause or the committee to whom you choose to contribiute to. ReBuildUSAtodayHPAC will only honor a request to refund a contribution if we still have the funds or are able to recover the fund from the recepient. For this reason, we seriously advise that the donor make a request immediately after the contribution or as soon as possible after making the donation.

    All refunds issued by ReBuildUSAtodayHPAC will be credited back to the card that was used to make the contribution. In cases wgere we are not able to accommodate a request fund, we will be very happy to refer you to the recepient of your contribution - so you may request a refund directly from them.

    To those who intend to use stolen cards, our fraud detection software constantly monitors the site for fraudulent cards and other deceptive activities. We are quick to automatically cancel or issue a refund - regardless of a refund request, if and when our software identifies a suspicious activity on oiur site.

    If you are with a campign, committee, or with an organization that has received a contribution through ReBuildUSAtodayHPAC and would like to request that we refund that contribution, please contact us at smithie@rebuildusa.today and we will do our best to assist you.

    Re-designation of Contribution

    In the event that a campaign committee (a) fails for 60 days to cash a check from ReBuildUSatodayHPAC - which includes your contribution, after ReBuildUSAtodayHPAC makes repeated attempts to work with the campaign to ensure all checks are cashed, or (b) affirmatively refuses a contribution earmarked through ReBuildUSAtodayHPAC, your contribution will be re-designated as a contribution to ReBuildUSAtodayHPAC. Contributions to social welfare organizations which are similarly not cashed or affirmatively refused will be kept by ReBuildUSAtodayHPAC and used generally to support its social welfare activities. Contributions to charitable organizations which are not cashed or affirmatively refused will go to ReBuildUSAtodayHPAC.

    Security

    ReBuildUSAtodayHPAC shall endeavor and shall take every precaution to maintain adequate physical, procedural and technical security with respect to our offices and information storage facilities so as to prevent any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or modification of the user’s personal information under our control.

    Changes to Privacy Policy Agreement

    ReBuildUSAtodayHPAC reserves the right to update and/or change the terms of our privacy policy, and as such we will post those change to our website homepage at http://rebuildusa.today, so that our users and/or visitors are always aware of the type of information we collect, how it will be used, and under what circumstances, if any, we may disclose such information. If at any point in time ReBuildUSAtodayHPAC decides to make use of any personally identifiable information on file, in a manner vastly different from that which was stated when this information was initially collected, the user or users shall be promptly notified by email.     Recurring payment policy

    I understand State and Federal laws requires that a contribution be in my name and be from my own funds. I hereby affirm that this contribution is being made from my personal credit card account, billed to and paid by me for my personal use, and having no corporate or business affiliation: and is not being made as a loan.

    Automatic recurring billing agreement

    Please read this Agreement carefully and have it available for reference should you need it in the nearest future.

    Changing automatic recurring payment

    If you would like to change your Automatic Recurring Payment including, for example, making a change from one credit or debit card that was initially selected to another credit or debit card or bank account, you must authorize the recurring payment with the new credit or debit card or bank account by emailing a request to smithie@rebuildusa.today asking for your previously approved Automatic Recurring Payment to be terminated within 24 hours.

    Electronic authorization

    This Agreement is not transferable and must be agreed to by the person authorized on the ReBuildUSAtoday-HPAC account.

    Agreeing to these conditions

    By providing my credit, or debit card or bank account information ("Payment Method"), I AGREE that I have read and understand this Automatic Recurring Payment Agreement. In addition, I authorize ReBuildUSAtoday-HPAC to charge the full amount required by my rate plan (once every month or more frequently as described) to the specified Payment Method; and I authorize the financial institution for the Payment Method, specified above to charge or debit my account and remit payment for my donation to ReBuildUSAtoday-HPAC. This authority will remain in effect until I give notification, as required under this Agreement, to terminate this authorization.
